One-week residential civics and leadership program for New Jersey high-school juniors, held at Rider University; delegates join through a local Legion post sponsor or as self-sponsored delegates.
Who it’s for
Male New Jersey high-school juniors (11th grade) with at least one semester left the next academic year; homeschooled students eligible.

- Recommendation from school faculty or guidance, then interview with a local Legion post (or apply as self-sponsored)

- 300-500 word essay on why you want to go
- Health History Form and Physician Statement
- $50 application fee
