What it is
Annual challenge where middle- and high-school students create software apps for mobile, tablet, or computer devices to encourage participation in STEM; winners are chosen by each participating congressional district.
Who it’s for
Middle- or high-school students who are U.S. residents at submission; compete in the district you live in or attend school in; individual or teams of up to four (at least half of teammates must be eligible for the district).

- Build and submit an original app
