Merit-based state scholarship for South Carolina residents attending an eligible in-state institution.

Who it’s for

South Carolina residents who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents with a 3.0 GPA (four-year colleges also need a 1100 SAT/24 ACT or top-30% class rank), enrolling full time at an eligible South Carolina college.
